What we collect, and why

We do not collect data we do not need, and we do not use your data for purposes other than those listed above.
Consent
By placing an order or submitting your details, you consent to our processing your data for the purposes described. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to labelharleenkaur@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations.
Who we share your data with
Only with parties who need it to fulfil your order:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform
- Razorpay — our payment processor
- Courier partners — to deliver your order
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep your data
Order records are kept for eight years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Measurement records are kept for two years, so that repeat orders are easier, and are deleted on request. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Have your data erased, where we are not required by law to keep it
- Withdraw your consent
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved

Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay over encrypted connections.
