These terms govern your use of www.labelharleenkaur.com and any purchase made from it.

1. Who we are. This site is operated by Harleen Kaur Design House, H1-51, Riico Industrial Area, Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020, Rajasthan, India. GSTIN: 08DTGPK6483R1ZN.

2. Products. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours may vary on your screen. As our pieces are hand embroidered, minor variation between pieces is expected and is not a defect.

3. Country of origin. All products are manufactured in India.

4. Made to order. Every piece is made after your order is placed and takes 15–20 working days. Nothing is held in stock.

5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email once accepted. We may decline an order — for example if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and will refund you in full if we do.

6. Pricing errors. If a piece is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before making it. You may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Payment. We accept payment through Razorpay. On eligible orders within India we offer partial cash on delivery: 40% is paid at the time of ordering and the balance on delivery. If a partial-COD order is refused at delivery, the 40% advance is not refunded, as the piece has already been made for you.

8. Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, work has begun and cancellation is not possible.

9. Exchanges and returns. Size exchanges within India only, within 5 days of delivery. Custom-measurement orders, including all sizes 3XL and above, and all international orders are final sale. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are remade and replaced, or refunded in full where timing requires. See our Exchange & Returns Policy.

10. Delivery. Timelines are estimates in working days and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

11. International orders. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are payable by you. See our Shipping Policy.

12. Intellectual property. All designs, photographs, text and artwork on this site belong to Harleen Kaur Design House and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

13. Liability. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
