How long will my order take?
Every piece is made after you order, which takes 15–20 working days. Within India, delivery takes about 4 working days after that. Internationally, 10–15 working days.
Do you hold anything in stock?
No. Each piece is made for you once you order, whether in a standard size or to your measurements.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is quoted per order based on weight and destination — message us and we will confirm. Customs duties are payable by you, and international orders are final sale.
Can I get a piece made to my measurements?
Yes, on every piece. Select Custom Made on the product page. Custom pieces cannot be exchanged, so please message us if you are unsure about measuring.
What sizes do you make?
XS to 2XL as standard sizes, cut to our size chart. Any piece can also be made to your own measurements, priced 20% above the listed price. Sizes 3XL to 6XL are made to measurement, at that same 20% rate.
Can I return something?
Within India, we offer size exchanges or store credit within 5 days of delivery, on unworn pieces with tags attached. We do not refund to your original payment method for fit or change of mind. Custom-measurement, 3XL-and-above, and international orders are final sale.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We remake and replace it at our cost, or refund you in full if the timing does not work for you. Please send an unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
Is cash on delivery available?
Within India, on a partial basis: 40% at the time of ordering, the balance on delivery.
Is the embroidery really done by hand?
Yes. Depending on the work, a single garment takes between twelve and forty-eight hours of hand embroidery.
Why do two pieces of the same design look slightly different?
Because hands made them. Small variations are natural in hand work and are not defects.
What fabrics do you use?
Satin, crepe, chanderi and other fine fabrics, chosen per piece. The fabric is listed on every product page.
How do I care for my piece?
Dry clean only. Store folded in the box provided, away from direct sunlight. Avoid perfume and deodorant coming into direct contact with the embroidery.
